BlockGalicia 2024 · Roundtable
Emprendiendo en Galicia en la era digital
· Approximate date · A Coruña
Roundtable at BlockGalicia on entrepreneurship in Galicia in the digital era, with Enrique Marcote, Uxío Fraga and Manuel Piñeiro Otero.
Entrepreneurship in Galicia in the digital era
Pablo Gómez, CEO and cofounder of Metlabs, takes part in the BlockGalicia 2024 roundtable on entrepreneurship in Galicia in the digital era. He shares the session with Enrique Marcote, Uxío Fraga and Manuel Piñeiro Otero. The conference takes place at Palexco in A Coruña on 13 and 14 September, bringing together professionals working in blockchain and Web3.
The Metlabs account describes Gómez’s contribution through his experience building a company in Galicia with international projects. The discussion connects innovation, local talent and the ability to reach markets beyond the region. Entrepreneurship is considered within the setting of a technology conference, alongside the work of others involved in the digital economy.
Local talent and international blockchain projects
The company recap identifies the Galician Blockchain and IoT Association, AGALBIT, and DEXTools among the organizations collaborating with BlockGalicia. Their involvement places the roundtable within a regional network of companies and professionals. The event combines a discussion of technology with questions about building businesses and sustaining a local entrepreneurial community.
For Metlabs, the link between a local team and international activity is central to the account of the session. Working on Web3 and asset tokenization projects gives that business trajectory a specific technical setting. The speaker program reproduced with this appearance includes Gómez’s portrait and identifies his role at Metlabs; it documents the program rather than showing the roundtable on stage.
